i think this was the third or even fourth annual girls spring weekend in ludington…lots of laughs, lots of shopping and lots of food!
sarah and i even managed to get a quick run in!
this is the best little restaurant…chef johns! all the chairs and table cloths are different and there are fun salt and pepper shakers on each table! food is amazing too!

This year, she started gymnastics and is loving it!
She’s so sweet and always thinking with everything she says….one day –she was thinking about how her gym class is on Thursday and says…Oh good, I can go to gymnastics on Thursday because I won't use up all my power from gym class ! I'll have enough power to climb the rope
and she LOVES to climb the rope, its so cute to see her scoot so quick up there!

a couple other cute things I had written down:
when she had her marble bar filled up in her class. The class decided together for a dance party and ice cream. Sydney mentioned that she told everyone….it will be better eat ice cream after dancing so don’t get stomach ache
another time, something scared her: “Mama that startled me. I got jump scared”
She joves her brother even though she says he doesn’t - she is so sweet to him sometimes and calls him buddy. When she was super sick w flu, Owen was put on meds too for a preventative measure and he hated taking it…so one night when he was freaking out bc he hated it so much she says come on owen we can take it together!!
one day, I asked her if she loved her brother - and she said she did - asked her if she ever likes to hold his hand or give him a kiss and she said yes, i kiss him! I asked her when and she said she goes in his room when he’s sleeping and kisses him on the forehead! :)
Loves writing..she loves to write in her journal about dreams she has and about things we did
LOVES to do her homework and LOVES school! she gets so proud when she gets her work plan all done! I love her goal on this one:

she is always crafting or making something she started making these cute little envelopes and puts the cutest heartfelt notes inside:
She loves to play with Play dough and loves any little trinket – we call our our little hoarder…there’s always some sort of bag in her room or that she has to bring with her wherever we go with all kinds of random things in it!
She loves to dress up and loves everything girly….she kind of dresses like a mini grownup
one night , when i was tucking her in: Mama how do you like my new hairstyle? Me:I love it, what did you do? She: just left it
she is also loving makeup – I bought her own blush at ulta – and she had to write her name in sharpie on it
she loves boys and always talks about how she loves to chase them…i found this cute little note in her bag:
another thing she does Takes random money she finds around the house to school to the school store to buy things like a scented highlighter a clip on koala for your pencil or a math rubics cube thing
One morning while we were getting ready for school she was laying in my bed under the covers because her pants were in dryer …so I did her hair while she sat there...she said: mama I feel like a queen...I have a queen bed...& I have you”
for valentines day – we were making out her valentines and she was giving away bumblebee erasers an said…”look at all the accessories, even the yellow and black stripes”
Lost another tooth this fall and wrote a nice little card for the tooth fairy
She absolutely LOVE to read! Most nights when she goes to bed you can hear her reading or singing in her bed ...sometimes past 10:00!
She started reading chapter books!

they worked very hard making it and it turned out awesome!
gran also took her to get a pedicure!! they had a sleepover, cuz mama was out of town for the weekend
and she got to wake up to balloons!!
one of the things she said she wanted was to get her ears pierced, so that’s what we did!
