TTQ Total Trek Quest

this year – i coached a group of 17 3-5th grade boys in TTQ(total trek quest) – its a running/risk program for boys designed to acknowledge risky behavior and engage in conversations with the boys – while building self esteem and a sense of goal setting/accomplishment through running.

twice a week we ran between 1-4 miles and then had a lesson – all gearing up for the tulip time 5k.

out on a run

teamwork

was so cool to see their little minds working and for them to have to band together to figure stuff out!
