we have never done a fam vacation with my fam since the kids have been born…so we figured why not and headed to manistique (where my parents grew up) in the UP for a week.
we stayed at gerometta’s resort…which is where we stayed when we were younger before we had families of our own.

we had three little cottages on indian lake ….we kind of set up camp in front of my mom and nathan/amanda’s cabin where we ate and hung out. when it was colder we would hang out on our porch.

we had family come hang out with us our last night and did some campfire chicken for supper
once we all headed out, owen went with gran to wisconsin to visit aunt darlene! then they took the ferry back into ludington a few days later…
syd papa and i went to the bear ranch
syd got to feed a little cub some peanut butter!
then we went to the falls
syd wasn’t liking the walking too much so we headed back home….
