Grandma and Grandpa surprised Scott, me, Jen and Paul with our Disney trip while we were in Florida for Spring Break and then a while after we got home, they surprised the kiddos with the news about the trip!
they got stockings full of disney themed things and they finally guessed what it was!! I think they were *slightly* excited!! !
Owen even wrote about it the next school year!!
and finally, the wait is over!! we hit the road!!!

our first stop was a quick parade at Magic Kingdom
so excited to see the castle!!

then we went to watch fireworks and the castle light show!

the best part was when elsa made the castle turn to ice and syd just gasped and whispered…’she really IS real’ …so so so incredibly sweet!
(it did look pretty real though)
then off to the dumbo ride!!
and there was even a car that we could take pictures in!
Whew..what a whirlwind of a first day in Disney – but SO much fun!!!
