Fun in the Snow

Yes it’s true….We can’t wait for Spring! 

Both kids have been through multiple sicknesses….ear infections, stomach flu, colds, upper respiratory infections…and we’re just ready to be over it already!!

Even through the crazy winter season, we’s still managed to have some fun in the snow!!

This little boy loves the snow!! On one particular day, we all had cabin fever, but Syd was sick, so I suited Owen up and sent him out to fill up a tupperware bowl with a spoon in the front yard while Syd and I watched him through the window.  I don’t know who had more fun, Owen was in his glory out in the snow and Syd thought it was the coolest thing EVER to watch her brother through the window….

  On another day, Owen, Sydney and I all got on our gear and headed out – this was after our crazy storm and the ‘hills’ on the side of our driveway were quite big!  owen reminded me of a little penguin he’d just start sliding down the hills on his belly!!!  

He went down forward and backward, there was no stopping him!!!

Syd had fun too – just sitting back and watching her bro!  The cute thing was that they both kept their sunglasses on the whole time we were out there!!!

So with that we say – the snow is fun and all….but bring on the SPRING!!!
